About Exosome Therapy
Exosome Therapy harnesses the natural communication power of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) exosomes — the bioactive molecules stem cells release to send healing signals to surrounding tissue — to repair and rejuvenate at the cellular level. We use a 351(a) FDA-registered biologic manufactured in ISO-5 cleanrooms under CGMP standards in the United States, with a Certificate of Analysis for every batch. Our exosomes are derived from Wharton's Jelly — the connective tissue of the human umbilical cord, donated from healthy full-term pregnancies — one of the most biologically youthful tissue sources available. Unlike PRP, which typically delivers up to 12 growth factors, each session delivers approximately 700 growth factors, making it up to 60 times more powerful for tissue repair and regeneration. Exosomes are not stem cells and carry no live DNA. They deliver mRNA, miRNA, anti-inflammatory peptides, and growth factors in a non-lyophilized (fresh, liquid) form — preserving the full potency that freeze-dried alternatives can lose during reconstitution. They can cross the blood-brain barrier, target damaged cells directly, reduce systemic inflammation, and stimulate new collagen, elastin, and blood vessel formation. Treatment is offered via direct injection or intravenous (IV) delivery and addresses aging skin, hair thinning, hyperpigmentation, poor elasticity, sun damage, and scarring. Most patients see meaningful improvements within 3–6 months, with results lasting several years from just 1–2 sessions. Avoid NSAIDs, retinoids, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, alcohol, and blood thinners around the time of treatment.
